FriendRE is in beta, so Professional is discounted from $49.99/mo ($499.99/yr) to $29.99/mo ($299.99/yr) for early subscribers. Annual subscribers are grandfathered at the beta rate for as long as their subscription stays continuous — even after we launch. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll be charged the post-beta rate. Monthly subscribers pay the beta rate until launch, then the rate increases to $49.99/mo.
